Exercising your voice everyday can definitely increase your range over time, but this is not a course specifically designed for belting high notes.

Yes! These exercises work for all levels, and if any are too challenging, you can always mix and match and choose others from another video to create your own beginner routine.

Depending on the severity of your condition, a majority of the exercises are gentle enough to use as long as you stay in the range that feels safe and comfortable. Trust your intuition, and If anything feels off, stop and rest.
